2 fresh raspberries (muddled)
1 egg white (20mls)
25mls freshly squeezed lemon juice
25mls Bergamot liqueur
50mls Gin

Method:

Dry Shake and then Wet Shake

Served in a teacup with a mint leaf floating on top and two raspberries on the saucer.
