Pink Gin & Tonic

In honour of World Gin Day, Saturday June 14.

50ml Gin
15ml Tonic Reduction (Tonic water simmered until reduced by half)
15ml Manzanilla Sherry
7.5ml Orgeat
1 dash Peychaud bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters

Method:

Shaken & served in a martini glass
Grapefruit discard
