LA Cocktail of the Week

Pacific Slim

Muddle Lemongrass and Basil in a sturdy hi-ball glass.
Squeeze in the juice from two lime wedges.
Half fill the glass with crushed ice.

  • 10ml Agave Nectar
  • 25ml Coconut Water
  • 35ml Tequila Blanco

Churn.
Top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemongrass straw and a sprig of basil.
